Account Assistant [ Cyberjaya ]

-Assist in managing the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, E-Invoicing and bank reconciliations.


-Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reports.


-Handle data entry, ensuring all accounting records are accurate and up to date.


-Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.


-Participate in financial audits and support the preparation of audit schedules.


-Work with accounting software, including Microsoft D365 (preferred) or other platforms such as Xero.

; Requirements:-


-Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an accounting role, with a sound understanding of handling a full set of accounts and E-Invoicing


-Education: Candidates currently pursuing certifications, diplomas, or degrees in Accounting, Finance, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.


-Software Skills: Experience with Microsoft D365 is highly advantageous. Candidates with proficiency in other accounting software such as Xero will also be considered.
