Account Assistant / Executive

Job Description Creating accounts payable and receivable documents.Handling correspondence with clients and vendors for transaction details.Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Ensure all accounting documentation is correctly stored and highly visible. Executing administrative account tasks such as emailing, printing, filing.Candidate with below qualifications are preferred and encouraged to apply: Diploma, degree in Accountancy, professional certificate (perusing / completed);Candidate with 1, 2 years of audit / commercial working experience;Internship and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;Positive working attitude, fast learner, detail person;Willing to take new challenges / roles;Healthy and active personalities;Mandarin speaking due to work nature.
