Key Responsibilities:Input financial transactions such as sales, purchases, and payments into accounting software.
Maintain and update accurate records in spreadsheets or databases.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
Process accounts payable by verifying and entering supplier invoices.
Assist with accounts receivable by recording incoming payments and following up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile bank statements with company financial records to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between records.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits or financial reviews.
Maintain the petty cash system by tracking disbursements and reconciling balances.
Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and information.
Requirements:Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred.
Willing to work in Bintulu Kidurong, Sarawak.
Possess own transport.
Required skill(s): MS Office / MS Excel.
Good communication skills, personality, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
