Account Assistant

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Provides accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
Maintains accurate accounting documents and records.
Prepares bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
Reconciles accounts in a timely manner.
Provides assistance and support to company personnel.
Processes incoming invoices and documents.
Organizes and maintains vendor contact information and payment terms.
Distributes internal reimbursement payments within the company.
Performs any other duties set by company policy, management, or direct superior, which are not included in the above descriptions.
Requirements:
Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.Summary of Role Requirements:Flexible hours available.
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
