Details of the offer

Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.- Preparing statutory accounts.- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.- Recording and filing cash transactions.- Controlling credit and chasing debt.- Invoice processing and filing.- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.- Bank reconciliation.- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.**Requirement**:- Possess at least Accounting Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivale- At least three year(s) of Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia- Able to work independently with minimum supervision- Five(5) working days per week and must be willing to work in Yong Peng, Johor.Expected Start Date: 02/16/2024**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Yong Peng (required)Ability to Relocate:- Yong Peng: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 02/16/2024
