Account Assistant

Details of the offer

To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.
Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques.
Utilizing spreadsheets sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Documenting and organizing cash transactions.
Managing credit and pursuing debt collection.
Handling invoice processing and filing.
Conducting bank reconciliation.
Coordinating with third-party providers clients and suppliers.
Updating and preserving procedural documentation.
Provide administration support.
Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
