Account Assistant

Handling basic book keeping for instance, prepare cheque/payment instruction & voucher and issue invoice, updating the schedule/records, handle account payable & account receivable.- Ensure proper filling & scanning of documentation.- Key in data into accounting system and ensure account are up to date at all time- Assist daily administrative work in finance department.- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Willing to learn and take on added responsibility, commitment and discipline.- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.- Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.- Required language (s): English Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.- Required skill (s): Proficient in Microsoft Office-MS & Excel.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
