Job Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. At least 3 year working experience in related account field. Knowledge in ubs, AutoCount Accounting system and XERO is an ADDED advantage. Willing to learn and good working attitude. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.  JOB DESCRIPTION To prepare full sets of monthly management accounts for group of companies To handle day-to-day finance operation matters (i.e. AP, AR, GL) Full accounting functions in AR , AP & various reconciliations Responsible for other general accounting functions  Manage data entry & updating accounting records Maintain proper filing of accounts documents for record keeping Ensure all financial transaction are up to date and recorded Able to handle full set of accounts and management reports. Handle GST/SST submissions and claims. Perform monthly accounts closing to ensure all general ledger entries have been entered into the system. Prepare invoices and monitor receivable collections.  prepare and Ensure accuracy of bank reconciliation and cash flow and monitoring of Bank reconciliation to ensure all transaction have been properly taken up and to detect error. Ensure timely supply of accounting information to the management.  To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries. Perform and verify stocktake Other ad-hoc assignment assigned by management.
