Account Assistant

Job Description



-To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.

-Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.

-Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques.

-Utilizing spreadsheets sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

-Documenting and organizing cash transactions.

-Managing credit and pursuing debt collection.

-Handling invoice processing and filing.

-Conducting bank reconciliation.

-Coordinating with third-party providers clients and suppliers.

-Updating and preserving procedural documentation. 

-Provide administration support.

-Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / LCCI / ACCA.     

-Strong oral and written communication skills.

-Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Quick in arithmetic computation and numerical detail work with speed and accuracy.      

-Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (Accounting Software) - will be an added advantage

-Experienced in QuickBooks or any accounting software such as Autocount, UBS Accounting or SQL.

-Computer literate.

-Full-Time position(s) available.
