Account Assistant

Job Description : 1. To assist in general accounting duties such as:- 
- Update daily AR transaction & Implement good credit control on all account receivable 
- Preparing payment vouchers, filing, claims checking and other financial duties.
- Mail & Whatapps message checking with prompt response accordingly.
2. Providing support for the reconciliation of account receivable 
3. Generate monthly ageing reports & Statement of Account.
4. Follow up annual renewal matters for vehicles & property.
5. Executing administrative tasks such as emailing, answering call, filing and etc.
6. To liaise with forwarder for shipment booking & container delivery.
7. To update superior for shipment schedule.
8. Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as may be required by the Management.

Qualifications: Diploma in accounting or Professional qualification or related qualificationMust be at least 2 years of experience in the related fieldFast learner, pro-active, self-driven and self-motivatedGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently under minimal supervision.Familiarity with accounting systems - Autocount.
