Account Assistant

Responsibilities:Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Perform bookkeeping duties, such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile monthly bank statements, debtor, and creditor accounts.
Prepare and process payroll, including the calculation of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing records, and coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation.
Ad-hoc, perform other accounting or administrative tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements:Candidates must possess at least CAT/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the construction field will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Autocount Software) and Microsoft Office.
Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Able to handle a full set of accounts.
Have own transport.
Working day:5 days a week (Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Office location:Galacity, Kuching.
