Account Assistant

Job Description: Prepare a full set of accounts from various industries.Assist in preparing Kastam Sales Tax summary and reports.Preparation of financial data.Prepare bank reconciliation Reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany balances.Filing, photocopying, and all related administrative work.To get invoices and related documents signed and approved by appointed people.Liaise with the Management Office and the staff or other divisions to obtain information and documents.Requirements: LCCI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a related field.Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Accounting Software (MYOB).


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
