Accounts Assistant

Job Descriptions Prepare monthly closing reports (departmental financial performances, profit and loss, cash flow) Prepare monthly environmental, social and governance report to the Group Prepare weekly debtor aging for weekly discussion on collection Monitor completeness and accuracy of finance postings from HIS to FIS Review finance activities in FIS to ensure accounting entries are accurately recorded Support Finance Manager with any ad-hoc reports and process improvements Liaise with auditor and tax agent for yearly statutory audit and tax return submissions queries Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or audit field Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and a good team player Proficient in computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel) Willing to learn and upskill further in computer literacy Good interpersonal skills to handle colleagues, team members, external parties Strong in accounting such as double entries & reconciliations Competent in identifying and improving operating processes
