Account Assistant

Job ResponsibilitiesEnter suppliers' invoices into the accounting system.
Prepare payment vouchers, CN, DN, JV, cheques, IBG, ECP, and upload payments to the bank system.
Prepare aging lists for creditors' account settlement.
Prepare and file statements, delivery orders, and invoices.
Verify statements from suppliers with internally generated statements.
Compile all Accounts Payable monthly reports such as aging, invoice list, payment list, CN list, and DN list.
Assist superiors in performing the costing process.
Handle all transactions related to manufacturing accounts, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.
Prepare journals for any adjustments to financial statements.
Support the finance department in preparing documents whenever necessary.
Assist the costing department in analyzing variances.
Handle all transactions related to SST submission, primarily on the Accounts Payable side.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
