Account Assistant

Responsible for account coding and account data entry.- Prepare journal vouchers, payment vouchers, and receiving vouchers.- Prepare monthly Debit Notes to charge related companies.- Liaise with China company to confirm payment.- Check creditor statements of accounts and do reconciliations.- Check debtor statements of accounts and do reconciliations.- Assist the immediate superior to do filing.- Assist in day-to-day accounts-related activities.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (preferred)License/Certification:- driving license (preferred)
