Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a LCCI , Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or equivalent.At least 2 years of relevant experiences is requiredAble to work under pressure and meet the datelineAble to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia - Mandarin would be an advantageStrong interpersonal and communications skillsMeticulous, responsible and a team playerStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keepingExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and problem-solving mindsetProficiency in using accounting software is an advantage to applicants.Responsibilities:
Manage all account matters pertaining to financial accounting, bookkeeping, tax management and reporting. To assist and review the monthly management report and perform analytical review to understand issues and provide advice to ensure the operation performance is timely monitored. Coordinate and review the Company annual budget.To monitor the company cash flow and forecast.To prepare and review project costing for management attention and decision process.Liaison with external parties such as external auditor/ tax consultants in ensuring compliance to local laws and regulations.To verify / confirm the advance / claim submissions and ensure all claims/payments submission is as per Company's policies & procedures and supporting documents are compiled accordingly.To lead, supervise and motivate subordinates to achieve the target and objective set by Company.Any other assigned role and responsibility as of and when required the management.
