Account Assistant

Processing and key in of supplier's invoice & payment.- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.- Arrange payment for utilities bill, hand phone installment, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB, supplier's weekly/monthly payment.- Process sales invoices and monthly interco bill, included CN & DN.- Handling debt collection, key in AP receipt & offset invoice.- Handle petty cash transaction and bank book.- To assist in daily & ad-hoc activities and any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.Requirement:- Computer literate- Have good work attitude, hardworking and good attendance as well.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, have ability to multi task prioritize and manage time effectively.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Follow Standard SOP**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
