Hello everyone!**Job scope**:- Responsible for managing and recording the company's cash in and out (petty cash).- Making payments for utility bills, travel claims and other expenses that use cash.- Provide complete accounts set for the company.- Dealing with authorities such as IRB, tax agents, auditors and related agencies.- Ensure documents and files related to accounts and sales are well kept.- Promote the products and services offered by the company to potential customers (clinics, pharmacies and individuals).- Manage online and offline promotional mediums.- Provide explanatory materials and documentation for promotional purposes.- Play a role in increasing the company's sales volume and ensure targets are achieved.- Other tasks that will be notified from time to time.**Requirement**:- Have at least 1 years of experience in accounting and systems.- Proficient in using MS Excel and online software.- Able to handle several tasks in a short period of time.hiringalerts #hiringimmediately #jobalerts #account #accountassistant #sales #accounting #finance**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company car- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Account management: 1 year (preferred)**Location**:- Puncak Alam (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
