Handling daily sales & collection transactionsPromptly update & posting collection status into accounting systemAssist in daily accounting transactionsAssist senior in performing analysis, breakdown & extraction of various accounting data using accounting softwareCompiling employee attendance data & other related HR mattersAssist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing etc.Assist prepare monthly accounting reports & year end closing of accountAssist handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activitiesTo prepare bank reconciliation & monthly schedulesTo ensure accounting records & system comply with company's policies and in accordance with accounting standards & statutory laws & regulationsTo assist handle taxation & statutory accounts, liaising with the external auditors, tax agent, government & other professional bodiesTo perform other ad-hoc tasks as & when required by the managementWork closely with other internal departments
