Job Summary  Perform day to day operational accounting and bookkeeping matters to ensure timely submission and accuracy of data in reports for submission to Management for month end closing purpose. The job purpose and key accountabilities is not limited to the ones outlined here. The Head of Department and/or the Management may amend, alter, or add items to it from time to time to suit business needs.
Job Description   Preparing daily billing (invoice) to customers – Account Receivable (AR), including sorting and filing of supporting documents related.Bookkeeping and general accounting. Perform accounting works such as data entry into account software, document processing and record keeping etc., for account closing. Update Monthly Statement Debtors and Creditors listing. Follow-up payments from customers. Assist senior executive in preparation of management report and full sets of account. Perform ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time and when required. Job Requirement/Qualification Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of working experience. Preferred and knowledge in handle full set account is advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words. Computer literate.Able to multi -task and work with minimum supervision.Ability to work under very tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paces environment and independently with minimum supervision. Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
