EAGLESVIEW GROUP SDN BHD was established in year 2019 and is a Malaysian company which established an online and offline platform connecting local and international property seller and buyer to the property related services, such as property agencies, legal firms, mortgage firms and insurance agencies in Malaysia and other countries. Through our platform, our clients including who buying, who selling, who are local and who are foreigner could have easy access to the most suitable property related services in term of service quality, price and country.
Responsibilities : Prepare full set of accounts and relevant schedules/listing; including daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company's policies, accounting standards and related statutory and tax requirements.Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (eg. Disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enter data into company's finance system.Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team.Assist the finance department and senior accounting with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue, costs and expenses.Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.1 year of working experience related in Accounting functions is a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.Passion to deal with people internally and externally. Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point and SQL AccountingRequired language(s): Mandarin speaking is compulsory as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin & English speaking clients.Able to commute to Puchong, Bandar Puteri for work.
