Account Assistant

We are looking for an Account Assistant who has experience in Autocount software, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidates has at least 2 years of prior experience in a like setting.
Required skills/Abilities:
-Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCount software
-Basic Accounting knowledge 
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
-Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor with staff, vendors and clients.
-Preferably able to work immediately
Location: Puchong Jaya
Job Description:
• Handle account activities mainly focus on Account Payables OR Payroll
• Tracking and recording account transactions, updating account records
• Handle bank activities such as on-line banking, remittance and overseas tt;
• Assist to handle any application/tender form related to financial matter;
• Handle payment of utilities, instalment and expenses;
• Ensure proper documents filing;
• Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Management Team;
• Assist Account Superior to prepare reports, do accounts related filing and clerical works.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
