Account Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our team in various tasks, ensuring the accurate and timely recording financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial data in accounting softwareMaintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts and bank statementProvide general administrative support to the accounting department. Requirement:

- A diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Admin or a
related field
Completed SPM with a strong interest in pursuing a career in accountingGood communication skills and the ability to handle confidential informationBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
