POSITION: Accounts Assistant (Share Accounting Services)
Responsibilities:
Full range of AR/AP/GL functions covering data entry, payment preparations, recording of collection, reconciliation of accounts and journal entry.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as per group reporting requirements.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or less than one year experience are encouraged to apply.
PC literate in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently.
Must be a team player and be proactive.
Ability to read and write in Mandarin due to job role requirement.
