Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:Enter financial transactions into the accounting software.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
Process and verify employee expense claims.
Ensure payments, amounts, and records are correct.
Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Candidates fluent in Mandarin speaking is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Qualification: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Required language(s): can read multiple languages.
Required skills: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Accounting software, and computer literate.
Able to work independently.
Able to work in a team and hardworking.
