Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including A/P, A/R, and GL postings.
Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate ledger reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and assist in the analysis of financial data.
Support the preparation and submission of Sales and Service Tax and Withholding Tax returns.
Process payments and maintain adherence to accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties to ensure compliance.
Provide support to clients' offices when needed.
What You Bring:
A diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with accounting software is a bonus).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
