Account Assistant

We are looking for a dedicatedAccount Assistantto join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist inE-Invoice Management , provide accounting and bookkeeping support, and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:ManageE-Invoiceprocesses, including generation, submission, and reconciliation.
ProvideAccounting and Bookkeeping Support , including data entry and report preparation.
Assist withad hoc tasksassigned by the Head of Account.
Performadministrative dutiessuch as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Handledata entry tasksto ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
