Job Responsibilities:
Check Sales Contract & Price Confirmation & LME Confirmation
Check Weigh slip & suppliers DO & Purchase Order
Email Purchase Order & Payment Copy to Suppliers
Prepare Purchase Bill & update Mr. Accounting Software
Prepare Supplier Debit Note & Credit Note & update Mr. Accounting Software
Check the Weigh slip & Customer DO
Prepare Customer Invoice and Email to Customer
Arrange courier for Customer Invoice
Prepare Customer Debit Note & Credit Note & update Mr. Accounting Software
Daily Check Petty Cash Voucher & update Mr. Accounting Software
Monthly Prepare Bank reconciliation
File Supplier & Customer Documents
Provide Customer Ledger & Customer Statement to Sales Department
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 1 year in Financial & Accountancy field.
Knowledge in finance & accounting system and standards, able to meet short deadlines.
