Account Assistant

Details of the offer

We are looking for an Account Assistant who has experience in Autocount software, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar setting.
Required skills/Abilities:
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCount software.
Basic Accounting knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor with staff, vendors, and clients.
Preferably able to work immediately.
Location:Puchong Jaya
Job Description:
Handle account activities mainly focused on Account Payables OR Payroll.
Tracking and recording account transactions, updating account records.
Handle bank activities such as online banking, remittance, and overseas transactions.
Assist to handle any application/tender form related to financial matters.
Handle payment of utilities, installments, and expenses.
Ensure proper document filing.
Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Management Team.
Assist Account Superior to prepare reports, do accounts related filing and clerical works.
