JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / ???? Provide accounting support and assistance to ensure smooth operations. Extract, analyze and tally financial information from operating system. Finalize financial transactions and update general ledgers in accounting software. Prepare invoices, journal voucher, debit note, credit note, bank reconciliation and fixed asset listing. Perform account payable functions - issue cheque and process daily online banking payment. Recording and filling cash transactions. Ensure the completeness of financial statements. Work closely with operation staff for daily operation tasks & Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit, tax and secretarial matters. Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed. Provide clerical supports to superior Undertake other special assignments as and when required. 5.5 working days. 1. ?????????,?????????

JOB REQUIREMENTS / ???? Diploma in Accounting. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Proficient in computer skills, good in Microsoft Office & Account Software SQL Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
