Details of the offer

**Daily Sales Collection**:- Collect and record daily sales transactions accurately.- Reconcile sales data with payment receipts.- Prepare and deposit daily cash collections.- **Accounting Tasks**:- Assist in monitoring and recording utility bills.- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.- Support in preparing financial reports and statements.- **License Renewal and Compliance**:- Keep track of business licenses and permits.- Coordinate the renewal of licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.- Maintain a record of expiration dates and renewal deadlines.- **Stock Control for Stationeries**:- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.- Place orders for stationery and office supplies as needed.- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.- **Uniform Monitoring and Record-Keeping**:- Track and record uniform distribution to staff.- Monitor uniform inventory and coordinate replacements as necessary.- Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance and returns.- **Communication**:- Acknowledge accounts for utility bills and other financial transactions.- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and relevant authorities for license renewals.- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accounting tasks.- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all financial and administrative tasks.- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other relevant financial data.- **Administrative Support**:- Provide general administrative support to the office.- Assist in scheduling and coordination of meetings.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (required)- Administrative: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
