Account Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

Details of the offer

-To perform the work which is assigned by the Manager/Management/Supervisor from time to time.


-Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries.


-Attaching the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to invoices received.


-Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email.


-Preparing and processing supplier payments.


-Inventory bill checking and casting.


-Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items.


-Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.


-Assist superior in daily admin duties.

; Requirements:-  



-Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.


-Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia


-Able to speak Mandarin is advantage.


-Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.


-Able to work under pressure.


-Reliable, dependable, and independent.
