Account Assistant/Pembantu Akaun

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
i. Prepare full set accounts- (i.e. bookkeeping, journal entries, bank
reconciliation etc) monthly/yearly financial statements according
regulatory requirements
ii. Update and maintain accurate records of general ledger
iii. Implement UBS accounting system
iv. Prepare management accounts
v. Other accounting related tasks may be required from time to time

Principal requiremeints:
i. Willing to work flexible hours

Other requirements:
i. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy
ii. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and UBS accounting system
iii. Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
iv. Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimum supervision,
willing to learn, able to work under pressure and a good team player
v. knowledge in SST will be added advantage


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
