About the role This full-time Account Clerk cum Admin position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's accounting and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing Maintain accurate financial records and documentationProcess and record sales documents, payments and receipt, and other financial transactionsAssist in the preparation of financial reports and statementsProvide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office dutiesCollaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure efficient workflowContribute to the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance financial controlsComplete additional task as assigned What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts or administrative roleStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keepingProficient in using accounting software (AutoCount) and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with accounting principles and procedures What we offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentWork-life balance initiatives
