Account Clerk

Job Responsibility Coordinate daily maintenance and repair tasks and ensure they are completed promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs. Maintain records of maintenance and repair work, inventory, and supplies. Communicate with vendors and contractors for external maintenance services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in budget preparation for maintenance expenses. Provide administrative support to the facilities and maintenance department. Job Requirements Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance. Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications related to maintenance management and administrative tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in facilities management or a related field is preferred.
