Tasks and duties
Relaying information to employees and working with them to meet clients' objectives.
Organizing files of multiple accounts.
Completing tasks for projects happening simultaneously.
Coming up with creative solutions to clients' problems.
Gathering and studying data.
Networking and building good relationships with clients.
Assist for annual audit.
Receiving & processing all claims forms.
Perform costing by working alongside with the respective operation and management team.
Track all expenses related to specific projects & jobs.
Assisting in the data entry in the system.
Prepare auto debit listing & liaise with backers related to merchant matters.
Liaise with the committee for cheque signing, bank forms etc.
To train admin staff using QNE
Processing payment to suppliers and others.
Manage transactions with customers.

Requirement
Communication Skill, Sense of responsibility, good personalityAble to work as a team
