Details of the offer

Data Entry and Transaction Management: Process and enter financial data, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.Ensure data accuracy and consistency by reviewing entries and resolving discrepancies.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers.Prepare and send invoices, track outstanding balances, and follow up on collections.Reconcile accounts and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Prepare ad hoc financial reports to support the finance team and department heads.Maintain organized and updated financial records for audits and compliance.Payroll and Tax Documentation Support: Support payroll processing by compiling employee data, time records, and other necessary documentation.Assist in gathering information for tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.General Administrative Support: Answer and respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Maintain a filing system for financial documentation, ensuring records are accessible and secure.Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the accounting team.
