**Job Description (E6140L)**- Issue invoices and bills daily using the billing software- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill (items, prices, quantity of goods, exemption).- Update or added new/existing customer information to billing system such as change in address, phone number and etc.- Create all the purchase orders from customers.- Scan all the PO to server including PO from salesperson.- Filling all the previous invoices and delivery order and pass to account.- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts.- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.- Update account of receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills, goods return and etc.- Prepare monthly quotation for customers.- Reply all the customers new products inquiries.- Record all the products item that taken by the customers.- Answered client calls from main multi-line telephone system.- Other duties as assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Clerking: 2 years (required)- Administrative: 2 years (required)- Billing: 1 year (preferred)
