Account Cum Admin Assistant

Qualifications & experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting software (SQL) is a plus.Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Tasks & responsibilities Ensure office machines (printers, copiers, etc.) are in good working order and arrange repairs as needed.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.Ensure all office operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.Use office software such as MS Office (Excel, Word), email, and scheduling tools effectively.Accomplish other administration or related task assigned by superior.
