As an Account cum Admin Assistant, you will be tasked with: Assist in the preparation of financial statements on regular basis. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of financial and administrative information. Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. Ensuring the upkeep and proper maintenance of company assets, facilities, and equipment. Maintaining accurate accounting books and records, ensuring meticulous organization of filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial information. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals. Support on any other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior. For This Role, You Will Need: Knowledge of General Accounting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Good command of English & Mandarin – both verbal & written. Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounting and administrative roles. Independent, Proactive, Result oriented and posses good interpersonal skill. Multi-tasking is expected and able to work under pressure and meet deadline. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred. Fresh Grade is encouraged to apply.
