Account Cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and process invoices, claims, and payments in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain updated cash flow records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Support the finance team in preparing for audits and compliance with financial regulations.
Manage office petty cash and ensure proper documentation for expenses.
Perform administrative duties related to finance, such as filing and organizing financial documents.
Requirements: Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations is a plus.
