ResponsibilitiesHandling full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL.
Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statement, management report in timely manner.
To handle Corporate Taxation and Year-End Audit.
Responsible for preparation of Sales Tax submission.
Ensure proper keeping, recording and filing of all accounting transaction for audit by auditor, tax agent.
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and statutory reporting.
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and relevant authorities.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in Human Resources System i.e.
SQL Payroll.
Handling Human Resources matters including payroll preparation, process statutory payment, EA form, form E submission and others.
Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding.
To prepare all correspondence related to HR.
For example, SOPP, check claims, etc.
Staff Welfare arrangements.
Any additional ad-hoc task assigned by superior or higher management.
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Finance/Accounting/HR Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experienced in using SQL Accounting/Payroll Software.
Preferred English, Malay and Mandarin speaker to communicate internally and externally.
