ResponsibilitiesTimely preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecast and bank reconciliation.
Year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities.
Timely processing of payroll and claims.
Manage office maintenance and responsible for office administrative tasks.
Assist daily operational duties and performing ad-hoc tender assigned from time to time.
Any other ad hoc or related tasks as instructed by the Management as and when required.
Qualifications• Degree in Finance & Accounting with professional qualifications ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MIA / MICPA / ICAEW are advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any accounting software.
• Working knowledge of statutory requirements, transfer pricing, tax computation and SST.
• A highly dependent person with a sense of urgency, responsibility & result oriented.
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Discretion, good attitude, good interpersonal skills and team-player.
