Summary /ObjectiveThe Account's Executive (1 Year Contract) role is responsible for full set company accounts and other administrative functions for Johor main branch and Penang branchEssential Functions/ Responsibilities.1.
ACCOUNTS & GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORTa) Handle full set of company accounts.b) Maintain and upkeep accounts payable ledger.c) Maintain and upkeep accounts receivable ledger.d) Maintain fixed assets registerede) Prepare payments to suppliers on time.f) Prepare urgent payments.g) Maintain and upkeep disbursements record for GL posting on monthly basis.h) Monthly bank reconciliation.i) Prepare and process claims from Petty Cash.j) Reimburse Petty Cash fund.k) Liaise with Suppliers for all tax invoice, delivery order, payment, statement of account, balance confirmation, and all other related to supplier matters.i) Processor of e-invoice for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable module in compliance with Malaysia Income Tax Act.j) Ensure storage documentation and retention with outsourcing vendor in good control.2.
ALL OTHER ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE RELATED FACILITIESa) To be appointed as Company / Branch registered person upon requested by Management.b) Handle government department or agency monthly reporting, ad hoc audit & query, yearly renewal pertaining to accounting and finance matters.3.
Liaison with Government departments upon request.4.
Special projects as and when assigned by Asia Financial Controller / Management.5.
