Account Executive/ Account Admin

Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Good knowledge in accounting standards, internal control policy and procedure.Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels.Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlinesComputer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.Proficient in accounting software. (UBS will be added advantages)Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage. Job Responsibility To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.Responsible in preparation of full set of accounts and timely submission of monthly management accounts.To prepare payment/ cheque and other related documents.To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.To handle petty cash and reimbursement.To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
