ResponsibilitiesPrepare a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Create monthly management reports and analyze financial data on revenue, costs, and expenses
Manage activities like budgeting and taxation
Handle daily accounting functions: accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reports
Maintain journal entries, and reconcile general ledger and inter-company accounts
Keep proper accounting records and filing systems
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities
Prepare cash flow projections, analysis reports, and reconciliations
Handle vendor registration, credit applications, and other business-related applications
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Accounting.
Minimum 4 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
Strong experience in daily accounting operations and financial report analysis.
Familiar with computerized accounting systems.
Good understanding of GST.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
