Account Executive (Accounting & Finance)

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and manage client invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Budgeting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a trading or construction-related industry.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills for internal and client interactions.
