We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive/Assistant to manage our accounts and support daily office activities.

Manage Accounts: Complete and close full sets of accounts in a timely manner.
Organize Records: Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and a secure filing system.
Inventory Support: Handle closing stock reports and assist with inventory management tasks.
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Additional Duties: Take on additional tasks as requested to support the team.Requirements
Languages: Proficiency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin is a plus.
