1.0 Reportingi. Update GL listing & Payment Listingii. Attend to internal/external audit & tax requestiii. Prepare month end journal entry for both KPS and KIP REIT accountsiv. Updated audit schedule such as Depreciation, Prepayment & accrualv. To monitor below clearing and Advances from tenantsvi. Prepare bank and supplier reconciliation2.0 Operationvii. Key in Invoice and prepared payment voucher for (payment to supplier, utilities, Quit rent, assessment, deposit refund)3.0 Others:viii. Any other tasks assigned by superior on ad hoc basis;**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 0-6 monthsPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)
