About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive cum Admin to join our dynamic team at AFFIZAL RESOURCES (M) SDN. BHD. in the heart of Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our Accounting & Bookkeeping and Administration operations
Job Descriptions:
Handle full sets of financial accounts;Preparing payment voucherChecking the sub-con certificate.Posting Journal VoucherMaintain Bank Reconciliation to avoid discrepancies Ensure accurate and timely posting of suppliers' invoices and credit notes;Support Month End Closing activities to ensure accurate sales and related expenses being accounted;Ensure accurate and timely posting of suppliers' invoices and credit notes;Resolve discrepancies and issues with suppliers and internal functions;Maintaining the accounting records and system to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements;Liaise and coordinate with Purchasing Team on all matters related to Finance and Accounting processes;Ensure all statutory filing is done in a timely and accurate manner;Perform any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time;Perform day-to-day account transactions and operations;Any others ad-hoc accounting and finance assigned by Superior;Knowledge in Full Set Account with SQL software;Monitoring and procuring office and pantry stock;Keeping business documents organised and secure;Reserving venues for meetings and events;Scheduling activities on the company calendar;Distributing reports, memos, and other correspondence to departments;Operating office equipment like printers and photocopiers;Ensuring that health and safety standards are met in the workplace;Making arrangements for staff travel and accommodations;Working experience in Construction Company/Audit Firm will be added advantages;Fluent in Mandarin speaking are preferred as the role required to liaise with our Mandarin speaking clients/suppliers.
